Well you know I have been having trouble with my buns but this month I cracked it – I found the perfect bun cases paper in cardboard boxes
Along with some plastic free bird food
and my plastic free breakfast – cold – can be relished right here
There was the usual round-up of yet more anti plastic campaigners (our numbers are growing chaps) but these two deserve another mention
